Terms and Conditions

All Services rendered by or on behalf of Faz Travels and Tours Ltd to our Clients are subject to the terms and conditions, as set out below:

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • All applicants are to pay a sum of N2,000 for application processing
  • Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum remaining on validity.
  • The passport of each Traveller applicant should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.
  • Any applicant wishing to use different airline from the airline adopted by the company should note that he/she will be responsible for the reconfirmation of travelling ticket and will travel unaccompanied by officials of Faz travels and Tours Limited.
  • Each applicant must submit six (8) recent passport size colour photographs with white background

MEDICAL AND SPECIAL NEEDS

  • You must be fit and well to travel. It is the responsibility of the individual traveller to decide whether they are medically fit and able to undertake this travel.
  • Aged pilgrims (65 years & above) must be accompanied by a younger relative

SERVICE AGREEMENT WITNESSES THUS:

  • That the traveler will not be entitled to full refund,if the cause of travel cancellation is from the traveler after the company has initiated the travel operation.
  • That the traveller’s information and declarations as supplied by the traveller are wholly true and nothing therein contained shall be found to be false or misrepresentation of facts.
  • That the traveller shall pay the consideration for the services including agreed fees and charges in full either in cash or bank draft within the time as may be stipulated by the company.
  • That the traveller shall comply and abide by all rules, guidelines, regulations and conditions that may be imposed on the traveller in Nigeria by the relevant authorities to achieve smooth and peaceful journey.
  • That all female Hajj & Umrah pilgrims MUST be accompanied by a Male relative (Mahram)
