By making an enquiry, submitting a registration form, sending your details through WhatsApp, making payment, or participating in any FAZ Travels package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact FAZ Travels for clarification before proceeding.

All Hajj, Umrah, Ramadan Umrah, VIP, Executive, Basic, Itikaf, private, group, tour, and retreat packages are subject to availability. Package slots, hotel rooms, flight seats, visa arrangements, and ground services may be limited. FAZ Travels will confirm availability before finalizing registration.

Package prices, fares, hotel rates, airline tickets, visa-related costs, transport costs, exchange rates, and other travel costs may change due to prevailing economic conditions or supplier changes. Any stated fare or price should be confirmed with FAZ Travels before payment. FAZ Travels will communicate current pricing and any confirmed adjustments where applicable.

Payment deadlines apply to each package. A traveller’s slot may not be considered confirmed until FAZ Travels confirms payment, package availability, and required documentation. Late payment may affect availability, pricing, visa processing, flight booking, hotel arrangement, or package participation.

Package inclusions vary by package type. Hajj and Umrah packages may include visa support, airport protocol services, local transportation, accommodation, ziyarah, travel guides, support services, meals where stated, return economy ticket where stated, and other services listed on the specific package page. Travellers should review the exact package page and confirm details before payment.

Unless clearly stated in the package, personal expenses, extra meals, private transport, excess luggage, optional tours, business or first-class upgrades, special room requests, personal shopping, medical expenses, and other personal costs may not be included. Business or First Class return tickets may be available on request and may attract additional cost.

Travellers are responsible for providing correct personal details, valid passport information, passport expiry details, required photographs, health or vaccination information where applicable, and other documents requested by FAZ Travels. Wrong or late information may delay or affect processing. FAZ Travels may support visa-related processes, but visa approval depends on the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed unless officially confirmed.

Flights and airlines are subject to availability and airline conditions. Where Qatar Airways or any airline is stated, flight schedules, routing, baggage allowance, seat availability, and operational changes remain subject to airline confirmation and policy. FAZ Travels will communicate travel details as confirmed by the relevant airline or supplier.

Hotel arrangements, room types, proximity, meal plans, and accommodation details are subject to package type, availability, and final confirmation. Where specific hotels are mentioned, FAZ Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide the stated accommodation or a suitable alternative where required. Room categories such as Quad, Triple, Double, and Single should be confirmed before payment.

Itineraries may be proposed or confirmed depending on the package. Travel dates, city tours, ziyarah arrangements, local transportation, airport protocol, and ground movement may be adjusted due to airline changes, official requirements, crowd control, weather, supplier changes, or operational needs. FAZ Travels will make reasonable efforts to keep travellers informed.

Cancellation, refund, and change requests may be affected by airline policy, hotel policy, visa processing stage, supplier charges, administrative costs, exchange rate changes, and the timing of the request. Travellers should confirm the applicable cancellation and refund conditions for their specific package before making payment.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in Hajj, Umrah, ziyarah, walking, waiting, and group movement. Travellers with medical conditions should consult a doctor before travel and inform FAZ Travels of relevant needs. FAZ Travels may provide support, but it does not replace professional medical advice or emergency medical care.

Travellers are expected to follow group instructions, respect local laws, comply with airport and Saudi regulations, treat other pilgrims respectfully, protect personal belongings, attend briefings where required, and conduct themselves with patience and dignity. FAZ Travels may not be responsible for losses caused by a traveller’s failure to follow instructions or official regulations.

FAZ Travels provides educational preparation, ziyarah guidance, and travel support. Religious information on the website or during preparation is for general learning. For detailed rulings, travellers should consult qualified scholars. FAZ Travels does not present general educational content as individual fatwa.

FAZ Travels may communicate with travellers through WhatsApp, phone calls, website forms, or other contact channels. FAZ Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide organized and reliable travel support. However, FAZ Travels may not be liable for losses, delays, cancellations, changes, denied visa approvals, airline disruptions, hotel changes, official restrictions, personal negligence, health issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
